The sale of products through this website under the name Simolia is carried out by the Greek company “Simolia Tiano Titina” based in Thessaloniki, 183 Monastiriou, VAT number: 040580948/DOU A Thes/nikis.
Your use of our Website
This section describes some rules for managing the websites of the CALIN A.E. Group, referring to the personal data of the users who visit them. These rules apply to all cases where you access our websites and browse the screens without registering or completing or entering information on our online forms.
What kind of information/data is collected during a user’s browsing?
As you visit our website, the information systems assigned to their operation normally acquire some data, the transmission of which is self-evident and necessary for the internet to function. This information is not collected to be linked to the identity of persons but, after being processed and linked to data held by others, to make it possible to identify users. This category of data could include, for example, the IP addresses and website names of the computers that users used to connect to the website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses, notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file retrieved as a response, the numeric code indicating the status of the server’s response (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the computing environment used by the user. “Simolia Tiano Titina” uses this data for the sole purpose of processing anonymous statistical information about the use of its websites in order to check their correct operation. Who we share browsing information with.

According to the provisions of art. 13 L.D. 196/03, of the personal data protection code, we provide you with some information that will help you understand how we use the data you send us.
Method and purpose of data processing
To access the services and content provided by our website you may be asked for personal data such as your first and last name, address, e-mail, credit card number, etc. We will never ask you for sensitive data on our online forms (such as race or nationality, religion, philosophical and political beliefs, your state of health, sexual activity, etc.) or judicial data (data about your criminal record or about whether you are suspected or accused). The data you give us will be processed by staff assigned the task by the Data Controller according to the respective profiles of its members and the authorization given to them. Subscribe to the newsletter: the newsletter is a way of communicating promotional and advertising material that is sent to all interested parties who have requested it. This means that we process the data we receive to categorize registrations by language, gender and country of origin so that the newsletter is as close as possible to the interests of the person who requested it.

Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the website or the Agreements in question shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
If you are contracting as a consumer, this clause in no way affects your statutory rights.
